Capture the fun with your own customized debit card from Citizens Bank & Trust Company! For a small fee*, you can upload your favorite picture and personalize your debit card with "My Card Creation."
Whether you choose from the available designs from us or choose one of your own, you will be the talk of the town with your customized debit card!
Ordering Instructions
Please follow the steps below to order your customized debit card with Citizens Bank & Trust Company:
- Click on Personal/Business Visa Check Card Customization below.
- Click on Upload Your Image. Find the image on your local storage and then upload it.
- Please make sure the image is at least 840x840 pixels. It cannot exceed 10 MB.
- Click on Next and finalize your order by verifying the picture before it is processed.
- Enter your Cardholder Information on the next page and click on Submit.
- Call our Bookkeeping Department at (580) 226-4610 to finalize your order.
- You can only order one photo card per name each week.
